In this season of reunion, gather your loved ones for a sumptuous christmas buffet and indulge in a wide selection of festive specials such as roasted turkey, honey baked ham, salmon wellington and roast spring lamb rack.

Singapore Flavours Buffet Lunch – Peranakan cuisine
Savour delicious Peranakan dishes like Bakwan Kepiting, Ayam Buah Keluak and Loh Kai Yik. Also on the menu, savour popular Singaporean dishes including Herbal Chicken Soup and crabs cooked in different daily flavours.

Dinner at Spices

Harvest of the Sea Buffet Dinner – Indulge in a daily spread of seafood, including at least 5 unique mouth-watering crab dishes which includes the Chilli Crab, the Black Pepper Crab, the Saffron Crab, the Butter and White Pepper Crab and the Salted Egg Crab.

To top that, each diner can choose 1 of the following:

– one complimentary serving of baked half lobster (200gms) gratinated with cheese
– one complimentary serving of braised baby abalone with broccoli and mushroom

This dish is the assorted wax meat in fragrant rice on lotus leaf, the fragrance of the rice and the ingredients that makes it favourful and wholesome. The quality of the buffet at concorde hotel was really good.

All dinner guests are also entitled to an additional complimentary serving of 200 grams braised lobster with baby abalone, fish maw and mushroom on 27 january and complimentary serving of 200 grams braised lobster with Fatt Choy on 28 january 2016

Half-Braised lobster and baby abalone, sea cucumber chinese mushroom. this is an innovative way of preparing lobster and it is very good.

Ho see fatt choy with long cabbage

Roast prime rib of beef with bearnaise sauce.

Steamed whole Garoupa with superior soy sauce. This dish is for fish lover. The quality of fish at concorde hotel is well-maintained . i love it.

in chinese tradition,  every meal will have a soup to pair with and this is the double-boiled korean soft ginseng with spring chicken soup.
