If you are looking for an appetizer that is unique, this is one dish you can try it, it is nicely cook and the mantou is creative because it is the chilli crab fried mantou that we eat. it is crispy on the outside and mixed with the goose liver and lychee sauce it is just nice. I would said the chef have creatively made these sauce. The goose liver does not have a too strong smell, so it is worthy to try. for me, I Totally love it.  🙂

SAUTÉED ESCARGOT
