July is a wonderful month when we have Imakatsu launching its new menu.
Imakatsu’s udon is from Akita prefecture in Japan. The name of udon is Inaniwa udon, one of the three major udon in Japan. The texture is so smooth. We have Onsen egg and Mentaiko (seasoned cod roe) for both cold and hot udon, and Curry for hot udon.
The Michelin guide in Tokyo. Imakatsu is of quality food. Totally recommend you and your friends to try it.
The udon was Q-Q and bouncy. Food at its finest quality. I totally love it. The soup stock is very tasty. In fact I have already recommended to my friends to try this.
2. Mentaiko hot udon
I actually prefer the cold udon version as it is more “QQ” bouncy udon noodles and I am wondering if they would have a cold version for this. 🙂
3. Chicken Fillet Cutlet ( Improved version! Juicy on the inside yet crunchy on the outside)
*The set comes with free flow of rice and cabbage 🙂 The cabbage is very nice and refreshing.
The set meal comes with Miso soup.
6. Premium Pork Loin (MUST TRY *Recommanded by Michelin guide)
Premium Pork from Kagoshima offers real “taste” and “sweetness” of meat. We carefully cooked with low heat and contains flavour. You can enjoy Premium Pork Loin at its best with our special salt from Japan.
7. PIYOPIYO Minced Meat Cutlet ( MUST Try *Recommanded)
