Back to Basic : The “ABC” of a Proper Foot Care

hi everyone, today i gonna share with you on the Healthy Feet Foot Care . Yes Miss Wong here is to take you through the lesson of Healthy Feet Foot Care.

The “ABC” of a Proper Foot Care-Regimen
Bad odor due to excessive sweating, blisters; who hasn’t experienced some of these signals feet are sending out to let you know that they’ve simply had enough! The fi rst step to healthy, and therefore happy, feet is a bath in Kneipp®Foot Bath Crystals. The foot bath has a triple-effect by cleansing tired and burning feet, soothing and invigorating them. Additionally, it helps increase circulation due to essential Rosemary- oil while preparing feet for additional treatments. Calendula blossom-extract regenerates and smoothes sensitive and stressed areas. Feet should be bathed for about 10 minutes in ankle-deep water. At a shortened bathing-time (up to 10 minutes) and temperature of 37°C maximum, Kneipp® Foot Bath Crystals are even safe to use for diabetics .

The second step includes Kneipp® Foot Repair, a buttery and rich cream which has emollient and moisturizing properties due to its ingredients shea butter, 10% urea, panthenol and vitamin E. This combination intensively caters to feet’s dry skin. Simply apply a thin layer of Foot Re- pair, and massage evenly into skin applying soft pressure. Because of its rich skincare properties, the Kneipp® Foot Repair is especially suitable for diabetics.

Furthermore, it can demonstrably help prevent Athlete’s Foot. Our recommendation for callused, coarse and cracked skin-areas: Kneipp® Anti-Callus-Salve. If needed, apply Salve several times a day to callused areas and massage softly into feet. TIP: Never enough time to devote some TLC to your feet?

Here’s our Kneipp® Foot Care tip for a quick morning-foot bath: When standing in the shower, insert the plug to stop water from draining off. Add Foot Bath Crystals which will accumulate on the floor of your shower stall. The essential oils evaporate their scents in warm water and ascend while they, at the same time, unfold their nurturing properties. Don’t forget your feet when it comes to towelling-off and applying moisturizing lotions. Yet, even better, use one of our Kneipp® HEALTHY FEET Foot Care products, e.g. the quickly absorbing Kneipp® HEALTHY FEET Cooling Foot Gel.
