Ginevi attempts to make sweetheart desserts

Back in my school days, i am in the Home Economics Club and i have also picked up cooking classes , i guess it is a every woman little thing with the kitchen and loving to cook seem to be a nice thing.

When i am a little girl, i always love to eat nonya kuei like the 9 layered kuei and watching grandma making it is a pain taking effort, it is also using very simple ingredients…to make each layers looks different and to make me so excited to see rainbow color kuei just excites me … i guess it still is even now! <*blush*>

Through the years, i love to do home made dessert as i dont have to put in excessive sugars and yet to satisfy my sweet little tooth. πŸ™‚

There is still many things i am learning in life and there is still alot of things to look forward for…here, i just wanna share my little humble creation that i have made. i called it a SWEETHEART dessert .

Through the simplest ingredients i bought :Β 
-2 eggs
-marhsmellow (NON FAT)

3 Simple steps to make sweetheart desserts :
1. pound and mix biscuit with butter to make Layer 1 (bottom layer)

2. cook milk and 2 eggs and marhsmellow in a pan (layer 2) , then insert the strawberry and chill

3. cook jelly and use strawberry juice add fruits coloring to make it look beautiful. (top layer) and chill

4. it is ready to serve!!!! πŸ™‚

The holiday is coming, why not start a new year 2013 trying to make a dessert? πŸ™‚Β Let’s live life the sweetest way you can think of πŸ™‚
