On 14th February, Halia will be offering a 4-course Valentine’s set dinner menu. In line with the theme of “Poetic Expressions of Love“, each course is served with a note bearing a love quote from famous poets.
Another innovative gesture is the complimentary “phone-sitting” service, where you and your lovely partner can leave your phones with the reception so that no one from the “outside world” can disturb your evening. < GUYS!!! PLS give your attention to your love >
With sauteed sweet pepper, smoked bacon, shallot, salmon ikura.
With cucumber linguine, champagne cream, dill.
For the main course, it’s either fish or meat. <hmm… both taste equally FANTASTIC!>
Grilled Atlantic mackerel with soy, balsamic glaze, sweet carrot, sauteed potato with garlic, thyme and rosemary.
Rangers Valley wagyu beef cheek, mash potato, sauteed shimeiji mushroom, lemon aioli, tomato confit and edamame bean.
Desserts come with a choice…spoilt by choices however both are equally tempting! 🙂
Raspberry mousse, rose marshmallow and vanilla Chantilly mascarpone cream~
Star anise chocolate bar, salty caramel ice cream and strawberry meringue!
